I mean, the prices are alright, but the overall value is kind of mixed. Like, it’s not bad, but I do feel like it could be a bit better for what you’re paying.

I ordered a few things from IndeMedical.com because the site made it sound like delivery would be quick, which was cute in hindsight. The tracking basically sat there doing nothing for days, so I got to enjoy the fun little routine of checking it myself over and over.

I emailed them to ask what was going on and got the kind of replies that technically count as responses, like “it’s on the way,” but with zero actual information. Super helpful, obviously. The parcel eventually turned up way later than expected, which was especially great because I needed it for work.
Maybe I just had bad luck, sure, but I definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something on time. The products arrived eventually, but the delivery reliability was not exactly inspiring.

I needed help getting my insurance sorted out, and it was handled way faster than I expected. Always nice when billing stuff isn’t a headache, right?

I expected a bit more from indemedical.com. The staff I spoke with weren’t outright rude, but they came across rushed and the answers I got weren’t very clear. What bothered me most was having to repeat the same details more than once, like they weren’t really paying attention the first time. It gets frustrating when you’re already trying to sort something out and then have to keep explaining yourself. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but the whole experience didn’t leave me feeling very confident. I’m giving 2 stars because they did eventually respond.

The return itself was fine, so I’ll give them that. The refund, however, took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying. It did eventually show up, but apparently patience is part of the process.

I was able to find some of the medical supplies I needed on indemedical.com, but a few items were either unavailable or it wasn’t really clear if they were actually in stock. I ended up having to check back later, which was kinda frustrating.
The site itself is easy enough to use and the prices seemed reasonable. I just wish the product availability was updated a bit better. Overall, it’s not bad, but it’s not exactly great either.
